Job Title: Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and comply with all necessary codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction
- Oversee the selection and coordination of contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Review and approve all project materials and finishes
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Manage project budget and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in a senior role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Biometric passport is required for international travel.

Salary: 1400$
Location: Faroe Islands (Preference for local or EU candidates)
Nationality: Open (Must have valid work permit)
