Senior Architect - Faroe Islands


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in the beautiful city of Faroe Islands. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects, from initial concept to final construction. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer software
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is in accordance with the design plans
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all work is completed within deadlines and budget constraints
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards
- Keep up-to-date with latest trends, materials, and technologies in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking skills with an eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
