Surveyor for Construction Projects in Doha, Qatar

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to support the planning and execution of construction projects. Your role will involve using specialized equipment and software to collect and analyze data, create maps and plans, and provide accurate measurements for construction layouts. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed within specifications. The ideal candidate will have a degree in surveying or a related field, strong analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Salary: $1300 per month (with potential for growth)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to project specifications
- Familiarity with construction processes and terminology
- Indian nationality preferred due to visa sponsorship availability

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Create maps, plans, and profiles using computer software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Collect data on land features and structures using various methods including GPS, leveling instruments, and electronic distance-measuring devices
- Analyze survey data to determine precise measurements for construction layouts
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of project plans
- Prepare reports on survey findings
- Keep accurate records of survey data
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to project specifications
- Recommend adjustments or modifications based on survey findings
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in surveying technology and techniques
