A growing online community in Dickirch is seeking a part-time moderator to help maintain a positive and engaging environment for our members. As a moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving posts, monitoring discussions, and ensuring that our community guidelines are followed. This is a contract position with flexible hours, making it perfect for students or individuals seeking extra income. No English language skills are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and approving posts to ensure they align with the community guidelines
- Monitoring discussions and addressing any inappropriate behavior or content
- Engaging with members in a friendly and professional manner
- Identifying and reporting any technical issues or bugs to the appropriate team
- Collaborating with other moderators to maintain consistency in the community

Requirements:
- Fluency in Indian language(s)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Must have own visa/working permit for Dickirch

Compensation:
This is a contract position paying 1400$ per month. The schedule is flexible, allowing you to work from home or on-the-go. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
