Bilingual Moderator (English and French)


We are in search of a bilingual moderator to join our team in Dickirch. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online discussions and conversations in English and French, ensuring that they align with our company's guidelines and policies. You will be working closely with the content team to maintain a positive and safe online community for our users.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and conversations in English and French.
- Ensure that all content posted by users follows our company's guidelines and policies.
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop strategies to maintain a positive and safe online community.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices related to moderation.

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is preferred.

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Dickirch, Luxembourg (candidates from other nationalities are welcome)

Employment type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
