As a Pastry Chef for our luxury hotel in the vibrant city of Jerusalem, you will be responsible for creating and executing delectable desserts and pastries that will delight our guests. Utilizing your exceptional culinary skills and creativity, you will develop new recipes and incorporate unique flavors into your creations. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-end establishments, possess a strong attention to detail, and be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of desserts and pastries according to established recipes
- Create new dessert items using innovative techniques and ingredients
- Ensure all desserts are presented in an attractive manner with attention to detail
- Maintain proper inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Keep kitchen clean and organized at all times
- Train junior pastry staff members on techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop menus that incorporate dessert offerings

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of various baking techniques, including decorating cakes/pastries
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
