Head Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (Karachi)

A high-end fine dining restaurant in Karachi is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, creating and executing menu items, managing inventory, and ensuring the overall quality of food and service. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a fine dining restaurant, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Develop new menu items and ensure they are executed flawlessly
- Oversee inventory management to maintain proper levels of ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working in a fine dining restaurant as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, flavor profiles, and plating techniques
- Proven track record of developing creative and unique menu items
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and delivering exceptional dishes on time
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
