As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. You will work closely with our team of experts to troubleshoot and resolve any computer system or software issues that may arise. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks for clients
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person to clients experiencing issues with their technology
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on client systems to ensure optimal performance
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in order to provide the best support possible

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience working as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically when faced with technical challenges
- Customer service-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Os, Germany. The salary for this role is 1000$ per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
