Call Center Representative (Indian Nationals Only)

We are currently seeking experienced Indian nationals to join our fast-paced call center team in Medina. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. This is a full-time position that requires previous call center experience and fluency in English. Accommodation will be provided, and candidates must have their own valid visa. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid visa
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

Salary:
