We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Hawalli, Canada. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Maintain records and files accurately
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Biometric passport is required
