Loader Supervisor

The Loader Supervisor will oversee the loading and unloading operations at our company's warehouse in Muscat. They will be responsible for supervising a team of loaders and ensuring that all loading processes are carried out efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate must have experience in warehouse operations and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage the team. This is an urgent role, so candidates must be able to start immediately. Accommodation will be provided for foreign candidates, and proficiency in English is required. The Loader Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining inventory records, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role. Candidates with previous experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role will be given preference. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
