IT Manager



We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Akron, USA. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing our network, hardware, software, and other technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems
- Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Ensure timely installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot network and system issues as needed
- Monitor system performance to identify potential issues and proactively address them
- Oversee data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to recommend improvements to our systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals including training, performance evaluations, and task delegation
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software systems, cybersecurity protocols, etc.
- Experience with data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Akron, USA (open to all nationalities)
