Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, dressing wounds, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate patient records and monitor progress
- Assist with medical procedures as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Valid nursing license in Norway
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Compassionate nature and ability to provide empathetic care
- Fluent in Norwegian (both written and verbal)
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
