We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers. This is a contract position with an urgent need for a qualified candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and measurements to prepare doughs and batters for various baked goods.
- Bake breads, pastries, and other items in accordance with established standards.
- Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner.
- Ensure all baked goods are fresh, properly stored, and rotated according to company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Culinary degree or certification preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a professional Baker.
- Knowledge of different types of flours, yeasts, sugars, and other ingredients used in baking.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while also being creative with new flavors and designs.
- Strong time management skills to ensure products are ready for sale during peak hours.
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
