Restaurant Manager - Muharraq, Bahrain


We are looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules and duties
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure high quality of food and drinks served
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Track sales and expenses to ensure profitability
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have own visa or be able to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
