Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Isa Town. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including front of house, back of house, and administrative tasks
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Create schedules for employees and monitor their performance to ensure efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and strive to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
