A well-established restaurant in Isa Town is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a restaurant, with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Create and maintain an efficient work schedule for staff.
- Train new employees on restaurant policies and procedures.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have own visa in Bahrain.
