Indian Accountant in Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Accountant to join our company in Ufa, Russia. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records for our company. Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Monitor expenses and analyze variances to ensure financial stability
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Liaise with external auditors for annual audits
- Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an Accountant with a strong understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or SAP)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
