Head Chef - São Paulo, Brazil



We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our customers.

Key responsibilities include creating menus that showcase local ingredients and cater to diverse dietary preferences, managing kitchen staff and schedules, maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You must have excellent leadership skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for creating innovative dishes. Fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not required.
