Commercial Architect - Beer-Sheva, Egypt
We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Egypt. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, shopping centers, and hotels. Your main duties will include creating detailed architectural plans, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed plans including floor plans, elevations, and structural drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet all requirements
- Oversee construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on projects
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations
