Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Utena. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Experience in managing large-scale projects and working with diverse teams is preferred. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage project resources and ensure their efficient utilization
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate project updates regularly to all stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. We also offer free visa assistance and airfare for candidates outside of Utena. Part-time positions may be available for students who meet the qualifications.
