Librarian (Contract Position) - Mauren, Kenya

Our well-established library in Mauren is seeking an experienced Librarian to join our team on a contract basis. As the Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection, assisting patrons with research and reference needs, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a library setting
- Strong knowledge of library systems and cataloging procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Visa sponsorship available for non-Kenyan candidates

Preference will be given to African or Kenyan candidates with experience in English-speaking libraries. We also encourage women to apply for this position.
