Online Consultant - Contract Position (Karachi)



We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Online Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels such as email, live chat, and social media.
- Assist customers with product selection, ordering, payment processing, and shipping inquiries.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform and escalate when necessary.
- Utilize customer feedback to identify areas of improvement for the online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and developments in e-commerce.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using various online platforms such as e-commerce websites, social media, live chat software, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Must have own valid visa for working in Karachi.

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
