Head Chef - Nepali Cuisine

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As our restaurant specializes in Nepali cuisine, we are looking for a chef who is well-versed in traditional Nepali dishes and has a passion for creating authentic and delicious meals.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus featuring authentic Nepali dishes
- Train and lead kitchen staff in preparing and cooking traditional dishes
- Ensure quality and consistency of food by conducting regular taste tests
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef, with at least 2 years of experience specializing in Nepali cuisine
- Excellent knowledge of traditional Nepali dishes, flavors, and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and train kitchen staff effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, orders, and schedules efficiently
- A creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and techniques
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages such as Hindi or Nepali is a plus

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
