Part-Time Administrator
We are searching for a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and billing
- Order office supplies when needed
- Perform basic data entry and update spreadsheets as necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The expected workload will be 20 hours per week.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
Location:
The job will be based in Al-Malikiyah.
