We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk. As an Indian with fluency in English, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing website layouts and templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Creating graphics, logos, icons, and other visual elements for web pages
- Conducting user research to understand client needs and preferences
- Optimizing website performance for various devices and browsers

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Web Designer
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of current web design trends and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
