Industrial Architect

We are hiring a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Siauliai. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve working closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and goals for industrial building projects
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that designs meet safety and structural requirements
- Oversee the construction process, including site visits and coordination with contractors
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget and timeline
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
