Junior Industrial Architect

As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with senior architects and engineers to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of clients and comply with building codes and regulations. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing architectural plans and drawings for industrial buildings
- Collaborate with senior architects to ensure designs meet client requirements and comply with building codes
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather information for design development
- Prepare presentations and visual aids to communicate design concepts to clients
- Research materials, products, and construction methods for cost-effective solutions
- Support project teams with document management, coordination, and quality control
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of industrial building design principles, codes, standards, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (accommodation provided)

Employment Type: Part-time/Full-time (flexible hours)

Note: This position is open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is required. No prior experience is necessary but candidates with relevant internships or coursework will be preferred.
