Staff Assistant - Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Staff Assistant to join our team in Lusail. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide vital support to the organization by managing day-to-day operations and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and responding to emails
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for staff members
- Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional manner
- Help organize company events and meetings
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative support role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with biometric passport requirements preferred but not required
- Must be able to work legally in Lusail without accommodation
