Computer Support Specialist



We are currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as installing and configuring new equipment.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You should also have experience with various operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS. Additionally, strong communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with clients and documenting technical issues.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new equipment, such as computers, printers, and routers
- Maintain computer networks by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Document all technical inquiries and resolutions for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems and networks
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Lithuania. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
