Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Siauliai. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for building projects, as well as assisting with project management tasks. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in architectural design. You should also possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software. Additionally, fluency in English is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are accurate and feasible
- Review and revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements
- Assist with project management tasks, such as coordinating with contractors and obtaining necessary permits
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Siauliai (relocation assistance available for non-local candidates)
