Experienced Plasterer in Porto

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team in Porto. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in plastering and must be proficient in various plastering techniques such as skim coating, trowel application, and drywall finishing. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying plaster materials, and ensuring a smooth and flawless finish.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Proficient in various plastering techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old paint or wallpaper, repairing cracks or holes, and cleaning the area
- Mix plaster materials according to specifications or use pre-mixed materials for larger jobs
- Apply plaster using various techniques such as troweling, spraying or spreading with a hawk and trowel
- Smooth out uneven areas using hand tools or mechanical sanders
- Ensure proper coverage and thickness of plaster for desired finish
- Use tools such as levels, rulers, and plumb lines to ensure accuracy
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Clean up job site after completion of work

We are offering a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this role. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Porto.
