As an Industrial Architect at our company in Remish, Poland, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Design layouts and plans using CAD software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with engineers to design structural elements of buildings
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure construction progress aligns with design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Provide cost estimates for materials and labor
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
