Merchandiser

A well-established retail company in Sharjah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing inventory, analyzing sales data, and creating effective product displays to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buying teams to select products for the store
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
- Create attractive product displays that align with company standards
- Ensure proper pricing and promotions are displayed accurately
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandise is displayed correctly and shelves are stocked
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and company procedures
- Communicate with vendors regarding new products, returns, and defective merchandise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized inventory records
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability. Preference will be given to Indian or Egyptian candidates who have experience working in a retail environment.
