Administrative Assistant - Nizwa, Oman
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping. You will also assist in preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with other departments, and managing correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and have the ability to learn new software quickly. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Requirements:
- Filipino or English-speaking foreigner preferred
- Biometric passport for visa processing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative role (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
