We are hiring an Administrative Support Assistant to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when needed
- Assist with recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Liaise with other departments and external partners as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Must be a resident of Nizwa or willing to relocate
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
