Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine) in Bansko


We are currently hiring a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team in Bansko. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional service and authentic Indian dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus that showcase the best of Indian cuisine, while also considering seasonal and local ingredients
- Train and manage a team of servers, chefs, and kitchen staff to provide top-notch service and maintain high food quality standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and retain existing ones
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints or feedback in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, cooking techniques, and regional specialties
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Experience managing budgets, inventory levels, and implementing cost-saving measures
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Must have a valid biometric passport
