Junior Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Moscow. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and gain valuable experience in the commercial architecture field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and plans for commercial projects
- Conduct research and gather information on client requirements, building codes, and zoning regulations
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Participate in client meetings to present design proposals and gather feedback
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and creativity in solving design challenges
