Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Moscow. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing commercial buildings and spaces that meet the needs and requirements of our clients. Your main goal will be to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective designs that enhance the overall experience of those who use the space.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budget for their commercial project
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed according to the design plan
- Communicate regularly with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience working as a Commercial Architect in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes
- Proficient in using CAD software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills preferred but not required)

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Moscow (candidates from India preferred)

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with potential for extension based on performance.

Experience Level:
This position is open to candidates without prior experience. However, candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience will be given preference.

Accommodation:
