Sales Manager for Indian Market in Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Sales Manager for the Indian market, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success in meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the Indian market in Beer-Sheva.
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of strategies.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our products/services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Indian market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of Indian culture, business practices, and language is preferred.
- Valid work permit for Israel.
