Moderator (English Speaking)


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Moderator for our international online community platform. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content, ensuring that all posts adhere to the platform's guidelines and standards. You will also be responsible for resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise between users, as well as providing support and guidance to community members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on the platform to ensure it is in line with community guidelines
- Engage with community members and respond to their inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Identify and address any potential conflicts or issues between users
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the online community
- Collaborate with other moderators and community managers to improve overall user experience
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving community guidelines and policies

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Prior experience moderating online communities or social media platforms is preferred
- Strong communication skills, ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Good understanding of internet culture, trends, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Location: Ashdod, Israel (with accommodation provided if needed)
Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)
