Job Title: Concrete Worker

We are seeking experienced and skilled Concrete Workers to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete surfaces for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up necessary tools and equipment for concrete pouring
- Measure and mix concrete ingredients according to specifications
- Pour and spread concrete using various techniques such as screeding and troweling
- Finish surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and edging with hand or power tools
- Install reinforcing materials such as rebar or wire mesh
- Repair or patch damaged concrete surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Worker or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with concrete mixing techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Own transportation to job sites within Herzliya

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
