Our construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare forms for pouring concrete and ensure they are properly aligned
• Mix, pour, and smooth concrete using various tools and techniques
• Operate equipment such as power saws, drills, and grinders
• Finish surfaces by leveling and smoothing with hand or power tools
• Monitor concrete curing process and make adjustments as needed
• Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker in the construction industry
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Swahili is an asset)
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
