Sales Representative - Indian Market
As a Sales Representative for the Indian market, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to potential customers in India. You will be expected to establish and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions that meet their requirements. This role requires a proactive and results-driven approach, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Indian market
- Identify potential clients and actively seek out new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs
- Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals for the company
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful delivery of products/services
- Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue, and market trends
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong understanding of the Indian culture, business practices, and consumer behavior
- Ability to travel frequently within India as needed
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
