Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services in the Kaunas area. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with potential customers and maintaining existing ones. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to negotiate and close deals.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending events
- Present, promote and sell products/services to potential customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients
- Keep track of sales goals and report on progress
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong negotiation skills
- Results-driven attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
