Crane Operator - Kaunas, Lithuania

We are seeking skilled and experienced Crane Operators to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. Your main duty will be to ensure safe and efficient operation of the crane while following all safety procedures and regulations. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$, ideal for Malayalees without English proficiency or prior experience in crane operation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to lifting capacities and job requirements
- Inspect equipment regularly for any damages or malfunctions
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate records of materials moved and work performed
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane as needed

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator license/certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating cranes in construction sites
- Good understanding of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Ability to read and understand load charts, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Knowledge of Malayalam language is preferred but not required
