Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction project, from planning to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Your responsibilities will include creating project plans, managing budgets and resources, coordinating construction activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring progress and addressing any issues or delays that may arise. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or a related field, as well as several years of experience in project management in the construction industry. Fluency in English is preferred but not required for non-native speakers. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
