Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Set project timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or changes in scope

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and adhere to strict deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly under pressure

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Los Angeles (Filipino candidates preferred)
