Experienced Painter


We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team in La-Condamine. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for painting various surfaces and structures according to specifications provided by clients or project managers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint coats using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish without drips or runs
- Use appropriate techniques for different surfaces such as walls, ceilings, furniture, etc.
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional Painter in a commercial or residential setting
- Strong knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
- Attention to detail with an eye for color and design
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as climbing ladders or standing for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training in Painting or related field
- Prior experience working with student employees
