Warehouse Supervisor

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Herning. This includes managing a team of warehouse workers, ensuring efficient and timely processing of orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring that our warehouse operates smoothly and meets productivity goals.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of warehouse workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Monitor productivity levels and make adjustments as needed to meet targets
- Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with orders, inventory, or personnel

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Familiarity with warehouse management software is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed
